USA Car Wash and Lube

I went to this car wash twice and was disappointed both times. First I tried the super exterior wash, then gave it another chance with the Super Wash, but my car still wasn’t clean. The description mentions rim cleaning and tire shine, but I didn’t get either. I do like that there are no wheel tracks, which is a nice touch compared to other car washes. I even deleted my previous review to give them another chance, but the results were the same. I don't watch your company like that because you guys absolutely suck at your job THIEVES . STOLE MY FOGLIGHT COVERS ..115$ . I GUARANTEE ON CAMERA THEY HAVE ME TAKING OFF AND PUTTING IN TRUNK. DO NOT GO HERE.THIEVES..STEAL ANYTHING THEY CAN 45 dollars on the ultimate package . Windows are horrible . Like they used old dirty rags . Smoke free car . 45 bucks for this is a rip off . THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES I confronted manager about the theft on my last car . Why did I go again? Super cheap oil changes . The manager is a clown . No respect . Offered no help as to replace my stolen items . Then proceeds to stare me down the entire time like he was intimidating me. Tells me to not come back lmao . Great oil changes again . So I go outside to get car there is soap on rims and car and wham he pulls out his trusty camera which he couldn't hold from shaking and told me my car smell like marijuana omg 2026 it's legal . Please please post that video USA carwash id like to go famous . So anyone reading it this long do not go there. Bunch of thieves and wanna be tough guy manager is a skully mask . Total clown handling the situation I just hope that got my goodside on video . Y

This is a pure honest review, they were super nice and gave us a good understanding of what they were going to do with my car. the price compared to other places was really good for a oil change and wash for my car. They also vacuumed inside and did everything so well and nice. The place also has a great waiting area for people and they sell so many great accessories for your car with good prices. I extremely suggest this place. Super nice and they speak Spanish and English! Definitely will be coming back and worth your money!

I’ve been searching all over the island for the best car wash and I think I found it! This place truly cares about your car, most other car washes just rush your car through the tunnel then do a half ass dry and send you in your way with soapy streaks but this place takes their time and it’s 100% worth it. They have some of the best technology I’ve seen and they use top products. On top off that you can also get your oil changed here! I paid for the monthly membership because I plan on taking my car here every week! Give it a try I bet you’ll be hooked on this place like I am.
