USA Transmissions

I brought my van up here to Usa transmissions expecting to spend four or 5000 on a transmission for one of our commercial vehicles. The repair shop where I had other work done on the van that said that I needed a new trans and they gave me a price and I was not happy with it so I took it up to Usa transmissions, considering that they specifically specialize in transmissions. I was totally shocked when Paul came out And said that the only thing that was wrong with the transmission was a sensor. 10 minutes later, I was all set to go and it only cost me $200 from the beginning speaking with Gary on the phone. Horrible experience Paul lied to get me to agree to a lower amount I could afford by telling me he misdiagnosed my car which he first said was bad transmission then he said hed charged me 1146 for transmission lines which would give me a repaired vehicle. I got a call saying it's ready then go up there just to be told it's another 1500 to 2600 and I didn't have that I was trying to figure out what to do when he sent a text message threatening to file a mechanic lean and storage fees and take me to court all while my special needs son was in the psych ward and needed me to visit and I had just had a major back surgery. They don't care about people just greed. This man destroyed my life then followed me home and beat on my door harassing me for my title on the day my son got out of the psych

I don't even know how to start this MOST EXCELLENT review! The words fast, friendly, efficient, and fair to say the least. The owner and his lead guy Paul, made it an easy choice to let them rebuild my transmission. Very genuine and honest from start to finish, with no nonsense. Definitely will be back to this shop again when needed. Had my car towed there because I was told I had a bad part in my trans. They ran there own diagnostic on it and found out there’s nothing wrong with my trans I have some kind of electrical issue. I paid them the 125.00 for diagnostic on my car and they are taking it down the street to another shop that can fix the electrical issue. Thank you USA trans for saving me unneeded money !
