Used Bike Emporium

Overall experience with Used Bike Emporium was a good one. I brought in my 03 silver wing with pretty much no brakes, they replaced front and back brakes. Also front and back rotors. Front forks and bike is riding awesome did have the parking brake seize Up on me and John fixed it for me on the spot disengaging it for me, there’s only a few shops around that work on old bikes like this so I’m grateful for the work that they did bike is running great I will definitely take my bike here again for any major repairs. Will also recommend to anybody who wants to get their bike worked on.

“the worst customer service” dropped bike off a week ago. Promised same or next day service. A week later I’m still waiting on a call for a simple state inspection. John Jr. needs to talk to his dad and learn how to retain customers with great care. You know a business is lying or upset at the truth when they reply with two paragraphs. JJ, simply treat your customers better, keep them informed and offer them service options instead of trying to charge and close whenever. Simple as that buddy.

Close to 10 months or maybe a year after getting work done on my Silverwing. I’m still 100% satisfied. Brakes are still solid, everything they worked on is still great. Waiting for better weather to come so I can give her a nice tune-up.

Thanks John it's great my 8-year-old is loving it and i'm loving it. And with the quick release bags and windshield it's everything i wanted. Thanks for the great service and quicke. Guys i got pre-approved so i was in and out of the store within about 30 minutes once i got there i already knew the bike i wanted it did not take as long at all and i think it only took that long because he had a few other customers he was trying to help at the same time and we were looking at bikes he probably would have had me in and out in 10 minutes this is my third bike i bought from used bike emporiums over the years. Thanks y'all for a reasonably priced bike i hope me and my family have a lot of fun on it this summer...

I recently purchased a BMW 1250RT from John(s) and it was an excellent experience. I was coming from out of state and needing to ride the bike home in a rainy March and they were willing to hold it until I could come to get it. The process was smooth and easy and everyone was extremely friendly. Appreciate your help in finding the bike we were looking for gentleman. Truly a pleasure.
