They had really great communication and worked with me and my bank got me in my new car asap even delivered it to me! They were very honest about what they knew about the car! Small business and good people! They were all really kind to me let me test drive it and told me everything they knew about the car and worked with me on things they didn’t know! They even detailed it for me before delivering to me! Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Was in town looking for a used car of some kind, rolled in to Used Cars Joplin found wat we were looking for, after a test drive and a wholesome visit with Mr. Blizzard threw down some cash and left with her new truck, easy to talk to good to work with. Car was posted on marketplace, turns out it was at this dealership, a recent trade-in they got from an auction, cars in very good condition body and interior/wise new tires new brakes, could be a salvage yard motor as it has the telltale paint pen numbers on motor

So I officially do NOT recommend UsedCars-Joplin! I fell in love at first sight with my Lincoln as soon as I saw it on a buy sell trade site. I don’t regret buying it and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! HOWEVER….I was LIED to about my car being in great condition with NO issues. It had to be jump started the first time we test drove it. I questioned the battery and they assured me it had a good battery. It popped up a warning light (pictured) and they repeatedly told me it was “nothing” after I repeatedly questioned it. Yes I know I should’ve taken it to a mechanic. And yes I know what “AS-IS” is. But i was lied to. Hind sight is 20/20. So after taking it to get it tagged yesterday we took it to OReilly to get the warning code scanned. The worker came out and immediately smelled my

If I could get a negative review I would. I spoke with two gentleman from there both made promises that they never kept. I put in application months ago and they called and asked permission to run credit and said they would call back and never did. One lie after another from them. I could go on and on but let's just leave as DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Very unprofessional. I will take my bussiness elsewhere.
