The owner was there right on time, greeted us professionally, and was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. The vehicle looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was in great shape — no surprises, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. The owner made the sale and transfer simple and stress-free. We just picked up the tags yesterday (he even offered to mail them to us, which shows the level of service he provides), but we decided to stop by in person just to say hi.
