I have been going to this dealership for years and finally there is a management and service team in place that are so easy to work with. My service tech, Jessica, was very kind and knowledgeable. The technology Vaden CDJR uses makes scheduling on their website and text messaging updates so easy. As I was waiting for the oil change and tire rotation, I was able to see on their mobile app exactly what stage of the visit the car was in. I was even able to make decisions for suggested services after the initial inspection was done right on my mobile app. This mobile app makes waiting so much easier because I'm not just sitting around wondering if my car is even being worked on. Yesterday I was traveling north on 95 from Florida to North Carolina. A trooper had his lights on and I made the mistake to pull off immediately to the left side of the 95. The trooper passed me and turned his lights off. I hit a road hazard when I pulled off and bent the rim on my tire. I had three show dogs in my dodge caravan and myself. The jack in my emergency kit was not safe enough for me to jack my van up to crawl under it to release my spare tire. Four roadside companies would not assist me because of the dogs and my location. After hours I found a man that would assist me for a large amount of cash. Once safe, I drove to 4 different tire and rims shops. The fifth location was the Chrysler's dealership in Brunswick, GA.
