Vaden of Beaufort Service Department

Regarding our 2017 Buick Enclave, on February 9, 2026 a used harness was installed to the passenger-side front door to fix the problem of the door lock and power window not operating. This was the second install of a used harness with the first install on January 15, 2026. Used parts were needed as new parts are no longer produced. On February 26, the door lock and window stopped working again. We have spent more than $1,000.00 on this problem. We are not sure what to do next and welcome feedback and recommendations.

Brought my wife's Buick Enclave in for routine service. Liz handled everything quickly and professionally. Vaden of Beaufort services and maintains our 3 vehicles regularly and has always done an outstanding job. Highly recommended!

A bit on the pricy side. But the repair for the Fuel control module seems to of taken care of the issue that left me on the side of the road. Sad for a 2023...
