Larry, the owner, came all the way out to Sandia Park to help get our truck out of a ditch. He was very fast considering we are outside the city. I appreciate him coming out at 8 p.m. on a Sunday. He was so professional and didn't hesitate to help us. Larry was kind enough to check on our truck to make sure it was good to drive. I highly recommend Valadez Towing. They are very reliable! My car chose to die on the snowiest day we’ve had this winter so I called Valadez Towing and Larry was very understanding and was kindly able to work with me about helping me get my car home. Tommy (the driver) was able to bring my car back to my house even through some icy patches and was very good at what he did. Which says a lot when you live in the East Mountains! The hills and turns can be very tight but Tommy got my car back in its proper spot-no problem! Both were incredibly kind! Highly recommend!

Larry was very professional over the phone. He gave me a set time with no mix ups at all. He sent Tommy to tow my corvette to its destination. Tommy was super professional and efficient. He did everything quickly and for a great price. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!!

AAA failed me miserably, left me, my sister and my 11 month old son in 30 degree weather for 4 hours waiting on a tow truck, we called many companies however the only one to answer was the owner Larry with Valdez towing & recovery he answered and showed up within 15 minutes and had the heat on high so we could warm up, he towed us to a hotel and they didn’t have any rooms so he towed us to another hotel in which we rented a room and he dropped the truck. The price was AMAZING, it was about 4am so I expected high prices and he was amazingly priced! Not only did he help us find a hotel to stay for the night but he also sent a mechanic to diagnose my truck the very next morning, we ended up staying 2 nights so we could get the truck fixed, we called AAA again so they could tow the truck to th

My daughter and Grandson were stranded in Albuquerque, New Mexico on her way to Arizona, she was 569 miles away from home and 489 miles away from her destination, her son was 11 months old, it was below freezing, AAA refused to pick her up with the baby and insisted she take a cab! She called Larry at Valadez Towing and he answered immediately, she and my grandson were picked up within 20 minutes! Larry took them and their truck to a motel, the first motel was full so he drove them to another hotel and made sure they got a room before dropping the truck, he also helped find a reasonable mechanic and towed it to the shop the next day! I couldn't thank this company enough for not just towing the vehicle late at night but also ensuring my family's safety!
