Sometimes it looks like soap never reached the front end (comes on too late) overall, not bad for price. And vacuums are strong.

The men who do oil changes there are probably the rudest people i’ve ever encountered when getting a service done. I don’t know if it’s new staff but I have been a loyal customer there for years and every time i’ve been there to get an oil change in the last year and a half, they have been nothing short of disrespectful. It sucks to see that many of the other reviews are saying the same thing but it’s nice to know it’s not just me who is receiving such horrible treatment. Would not recommend coming back.

Went there today with my small pickup truck that has a ladder rack with nothing on it. I have gone there 3 other times. Today I was gonna sign up for the monthly club. Some guy comes running out and tells me I can't go through because of the racks on my truck. He says we have signs that I could not find.Every other car wash in town have no problem. I'll just spend my money somewhere else. No problem.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Valet Auto in Hamilton for years, with multiple car wash memberships for my vehicles, including an F150 and an Acura RDX. Unfortunately, my recent experience this past Saturday has left me extremely frustrated. We’ve been paying for the car wash service and came in to get a new sticker for our vehicle. Despite showing them our credit card information and confirming that monthly charges are being processed, we were told we couldn’t receive a new sticker due to an “old system” when we signed up, even though the charges are still being pulled under the new system. We provided all the necessary information, including the details of our payments, and were advised to call a number. We did, then emailed, and even visited the lobby, but each time we were told it was

I was going to go juat for a wash but then O went in for an Oil change, I got to tell you the guys at the lube section were very honest and instead of just changing the lube that call to my attention that there was a small oil leak the oil pan, thhet could it just changed the oil and charged me bit intended they were honest and they decided to do right by me. Thank you guys, I still got my car wash and decided to pay for the most expensive wash as a token of recognition to the workers.
