Valet Auto Wash Manahawkin

Have been going there for a couple of years and the service is definitely going down hill. I always pay $20 for the wash with additional services. What I’ve noticed is the attendant runs the cars thru too close and too fast. The last few times the soap isn’t even completely washed off. The buff & shine equipment isn’t even coming down to touch my car at all and the tire shine only gets on about 20% of the tires. Why am I paying for extras when I’m not getting them. Come on Mr Vernon. Do you pay for a service and then not get it? Do better!!! Time for some retooling and adjustments to your system.

Very nice place low cost and efficient! One of their employees Matt came over as I was cleaning my salt caked car lol and asked if I wanted my mats Power washed. I said yes excitedly! Very sweet of him they go the extra mile.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been a member of their wash club since they opened. I traded in a vehicle for a new one. I went to their help desk to cancel the account for my old vehicle and add my new one. The associate at the help desk told me it was all taken care of. The following month I was charged for all 3 vehicles. I went back again because not only was I charged for three vehicles, I had numerous other charges on my credit card statement. The associate I spoke to this time again assured me it was all straightened out. He even told me to dispute several of the charges because he couldn't tell me what they were. My January bill comes in and nothing is fixed. I tried calling the number on their website, it is not in service. I find an email add

This place gets a 12/10 for cool factor! The post wash vacuum area was great. The vacuums had a ton of suction and the available air blower made the post wash experience second to none. Unfortunately I have to give it 1/5 because my car wasn’t close to coming out clean. I really wanted to love this place but it looks like I’ll have to keep going elsewhere.

I will never again use this car wash business. My hubcap came flying off and was broken on my drive home from this car wash and they claim no responsibility. I paid for a $16 car wash that broke my hubcap and now I have to pay to get a new hubcap. Very disappointed and will never again use this business.
