Valet Auto Wash Oxford Valley

I visited this location on July 1, 2025, with my black suv. The car only had some light pollen on it—nothing out of the ordinary. But after the wash, I noticed random white, circular spots all over the vehicle. It looked worse than when I arrived. I placed a complaint to one of the workers there. The owner called on July 3, 2025 and stated the car went in with birds stains so it came out with bird stains. It was due to birds, but the spots didn’t resemble bird droppings—they looked more like chemical or water stains. Also I inspected the car prior and asked to see the video footage on the phone . He refused. What exactly are you hiding if you are the one contacting me my phone, and do not want to show me the footage even though I too inspected the car prior. Its a luxury car of course

Was decent when it first opened. Today was my last day using this car wash. Came out dirtier than going in. Brushes must be loaded with dirt. I don’t think the systems can handle the volume of cars. If you value your car’s paint, don’t go here.

My partner and I visited this Valet Auto Wash for the first time today. IT IS THE BIGGEST auto wash we've ever been too! Lots of car wash lines, so you never have to wait. MORE THAN ENOUGH vacuum spaces, so you're never left out. Clean and organized. Very spacious! Also, Due to it being the month of Christmas, I noticed they created, what looks like a Christmas tree out of the "mops" that was the cars! Very festive& fun. Our children loved the atmosphere too!
