Valley Alignment and Auto Repair

I took my car the my local car dealer for a regular service and they told me I needed to replace the bushings at a cost of $3,500 (2017 Mercedes Benz with only 26,000 miles). I felt their recommendation was not right. So I went to Valley Alignment to get a second opinion and 30 minutes later they told me I didn’t need to do a thing. It was a complete scam by the car dealer whose name I’m not mentioning and I don’t know why? But Valley Alignment could have taken advantage of me too, BUT THEY DIDN’T. So I plan on using Valley Alignment in the future for all my 2 Mercedes’ needs. And I recommend them to you too.

I brought my car for front brakes in October, was really happy with the service I received here. I brought my car back yesterday for the same quick and reliable service for my back brakes. The guys were again super friendly and made the process so easy and so smooth. Thank you so much!!!

Let me tell you if you want some honest guys that will give you what you actually need done and not just try and take you for everything they can go see these guys. Another shop in town quoted me 2k for a lower control arm. I called and asked them for a quoted they quoted me 950 awesome I booked it! Brough it in and David great guy! Explained to me that, none of that needed to be done. The other shop actually installed my torsion bars uneven and did a not so great job fastening everything back up after they installed my banks oil pan , 193 dollars later for an alignment my truck is back to how it should be. I can’t thank these guys enough. They’ve earned my lifetime business.

They are friendly and great to work with. I had the oil/filter changed on my work pickup, they checked all fluids and I was on my way in about 20 minutes! Highly recommended them. Thank you!

These guys were phenomenal! I called and had an appointment the next day, took my car in early and assumed they wouldn't done anything because the warning lights didn't go on. They took it, scanned it, and found the problem. They repaired the problem right then and the repair cost was very reasonable! These guys were all very kind: just an all-around excellent experience!
