It's a great old school auto parts shop that carries just about eve you need. I love the overstuffed aisles and seemingly endless inventory. On my most recent visit, I needed upper and lower radiator hoses, and we were able to get them the same day. Incredible customer service & very knowledgeable staff/counter help. Highly recommend this place for all your auto parts.

Great customer service. They know what they are doing. I order some parts and ended up not using them. I returned the part with no problem and they refunded all my money within 3 days because I pay with my debit. Recommend it 100%. Also there was young man who help me with the heavy things very polite and did his job happily.

Guy that works the counter is a cool dude(his name is Don) Knows his stuff and is full of advice. Excellent customer service. I ordered a part online at a discount that arrived damaged. Called these folks up because i already had my car torn apart and within an hour they had a replacement available. Only a few bucks more than the cheapest price i found online. Would definitely go back. UPDATE: I've gone back and been back multiple times. Still the same great customer service as always. My "go to" spot.

My new go to for all things car related. Long story short, I was a fish out of water and easily could have been worked over for what I needed. Dom quoted me a price, ordered my pie e and even went the extra mile to help make sure it was installed correctly. I was literally in tears with his kindness. I would definitely recommend this location for all your needs.

I have only been to Valley Auto Parts one time, but I am in love with the place! I instantly felt like I’d stepped back in time when car parts stores looked and smelled garage(y), not way too clean for working on cars. It is wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling full of boxes of parts, and the walls are covered in a plethora of tools and various automotive hardware that is pleasantly nostalgic. I needed a car battery, but the big stores didn’t have the brand I wanted, they didn’t have my size in stock, and they were asking close to $200 on up for brands I did not want. Valley had a brand I trust at a price well below the big store prices, and he had it in stock!
