I've been bringing my car to Valley Honda for years, and while my previous experiences were just okay, this visit was outstanding. It really does make a difference who your service advisor is. German went above and beyond during our brake fluid change. He was incredibly responsive and courteous, even following up via text to keep us informed. What I appreciated most was his professionalism—he never tried to upsell us on services we didn't need. When we later needed our brake pads replaced, German helped us get it done quickly and at a fair price. His service transformed what's usually a routine maintenance visit into a genuinely positive experience. If you're taking your car to Valley Honda, ask for German. You won't be disappointed.

I came in last week for routine maintenance after my friend suggested this shop. Jose was my advisor and walked me through the whole process! He was up front and transparent on pricing and procedures. Once i got my car back, he walked me through the issues found (low rotor depth and transmission fluid swap needed). NO upselling!! I'll drive a few extra miles to get service at Valley Honda. Their customer service is top notch, and their waiting area is large, comfortable, and full of computers to use and free Starbucks coffee and tea to drink. Everyone is friendly and professional. And, their prices are often less than other places. I highly recommend this particular Honda location.

I continue to be amazed at how Valley Honda continues to hire and retain some of the best service advisors. I just left the dealer and I had a great experience getting my oil change.
