I recently brought my vehicle to WheelDrom for a full engine rebuild, expecting professional work from a shop that advertises engine repairs. What I got back was an absolute disaster and a complete waste of time and money. The customer service was terrible from start to finish—unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to address issues. I had to chase them multiple times just to get updates or answers. When I finally picked up the car, the engine work was unfinished. They had used the wrong screws attached to critical engine components, which looked haphazard and unsafe. On top of that, several key parts were missing entirely, so the engine wasn’t even fully assembled or drivable as promised. Got wheel hub bearing replaced,I was late for my appointment and they still got me out same day, Alex was very friendly, just didn't like they left dirty smudges on my fender and door/roof.

Alex has been my mechanic now for 3 years. Originally as my mobile mechanic and now with his shop. His business has not only been some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, but THEEEE ABSOLUTE MOST HONESSSSST mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. He never recommends anything that is truly unnecessary, never once tried to make an extra buck off of me aaaaand honestly, his prices are soooooo reasonable, yet I can't help but feel that his service and his work deserves something much much higher than what he charges. Not only is he and his team likeable just because of the great work they do, but their character and personalities are just as amazing as well. WHEELDROM is not just who I would recommend for any mechanic work--IT IS THE ONLYYYYY BUSINESS I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR MECH

Alex and his Guy’s are the best. They not only take care of the issues you come for but they let you know what else needs to be done, so you can plan accordingly. Love their work and trust them with all 5 of our cars.
