I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle today at Valley Imports. My salesman, Brayden, was fantastic. He was up front and honest from the beginning. I need a hitch installed on the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Prior to my appointment for a test drive and without being asked, Brayden went the extra mile by calling around town to see where I could get the best price for the install. A few months ago I brought my 2019 Tiguan in for an oil change. I was the last appointment of the day on a Saturday. A few hours after my oil change my check oil level light came on. I know nothing about cars and seeing as I just had the oil changed that day I thought they forgot to put oil in my car. It was around 7pm when the light came on on Saturday. Valley Imports was easy to work with when I made my decision to make the move over from leasing a Toyota for the last 12 years. Todd and Tyler were very informative and provided information on leasing that I had not been made aware of with my previous years of leasing with the other company. I was very impressed with their honesty. I was also impressed that they are definitely not pushy at Valley Imports. The finance part was easy and a lot quicker than the place i had been leasing from. I also got a tour of the facility and met the service and parts departments. I've found my new leasing home for many years to come! The customer service at Valley Imports is to notch!

Service department is amazing. I rolled in with no appointment, 1200+ miles from home, with a bad wheel bearing on a 24 year old Porsche. These guys took care of me despite being busy. And the price was much lower than it would have been at home.

I had an oil change and tire rotation appt. I asked about getting an appraisal because I was considering trading, and got absolutely no help at all, only excuses. I never got a call that my vehicle was done. Later the same day, my engine light came on and I do not live in town. This has happened before and required another trip to clear the light. So very disappointed in how things are handled. Things have gone downhill since buying my Audi in 2021.
