VALLEY MACHINE/ALASKA PARTS WARHOUSE

Had my 98 cr250 sleeved and a broken stud removed they said it would be ready in a 4 weeks or so which is totally fine they got other jobs, but then 4 weeks go by with no contact from them so I called and asked when it would be ready they said in a week or 2, again thats fine whatever but then 2 weeks later I get a call to go pick it up and I drive all the way out there and ask for my part and they tell me its not ready. 0/10 would not recommend doing anything with these guys ur better off going ANYWHERE else. super unprofessional place.

They have had everything I needed to get my sled back on the trail or back up the mountain and back home many times. They do take a while to get it done sometimes but that's the price of quality labor and being high in demand. Also the guy at the desk Art was very knowledgable in just about anything with a motor, I've had major builds or simple services all go really well and extended my piece of mind about all of my machines knowing their work is🙌👏 without costing an💪& a🦵

Past experience purchasing tires from them which was 5 star. But now, May of 2020 I dropped off a Polaris engine to be rebuilt. Was told about 6 weeks until completion initially. Well now a year later(May 2021) and consistent weekly excuses, still waiting. Advise to avoid this place unless you do not need your equipment for a long long time. Will update this whenever engine is completed.

If there were negative stars, I’d give it. This is by far the worst machine shop I’ve ever been too. Unorganized, took parts off my motor, gave it back incomplete, and took twice the expected time to ‘complete’ the job. Just because it’s close to where you live, does NOT mean it’s good. You’re better off going to Anchorage or Birchwood to get your engines machined.

Purchased a ATVs plow. Works fantastic and they don’t jack the prices up. Saved me a lot of money and I like buying from them because it’s family oriented and local.
