The reason we went back to buy a 2nd vehicle was because of Jordan, Jesse and Michelle. Very professional people who ask questions so your needs are met. It may be a small thing but asking if you need something to drink. They listened to what we needed payment to be and what I needed in trade. Michelle got us the best rate possible with the bank we desired. Explained all the paper work we were agreeing to. This was the 2nd vehicle we bought in 5 months from Valley/Liberty. These people above is the reason we came back. We are truly great full to be treated like people instead of just customers. Went in and told Jesse what I wanted for a payment and what I had to put down and that I wanted 4 wheel drive and he made it happen. The whole team from sales to the shop were amazing. It was a pretty quick and easy experience. The salesman, Justin, reached out letting me know about the sale going on, and my lease was almost up. Let me start by saying that I have never been to a real dealership before to by a car just bought ones privately and I was so nervous because I’ve hear about a lot of scams but this place is beyond amazing I found them on Facebook marketplace selling a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and I had texted them about it and Justin saw how interested I was with the car heard my situation with money and held onto the car for almost 2 weeks until I could come see it and when I got there he was very helpful and thorough and made my visit comfortable while I was feeling very anxious we negotiated a good price for the car.
