The layout and quality of materials and appliances used to build these homes is near perfection. There is no stone unturned when it comes to the thoughtfulness in functionality of each room. Many various cabinets and counter space just where it’s needed. Every home feels like home. Super impressed. The 3 gentlemen at this location are choice.

It has been a very good journey with valley quality. Everyone I’ve worked with from beginning to end has been honest, hard working, and they stand behind an outstanding home. Yes there was some communication and logistical challenges that could have been handled better, but with the complexity and unique needs of our project, VQ executed well overall. They knew our timelines and nailed it all things considered. The service team was excellent as well, our interior man was excellent and dedicated. I look forward to working with the service team in the coming months to take care of any finishing needs, repairs. Brandon at Valley Quality Homes was extremely helpful during our visit. He was professional and knowledgeable about their homes. He answered all our questions promptly and took extra time to go through additional homes we were interested in. We were very impressed with their homes and customer service.

20 months into our journey with Valley Quality Homes we're STILL attempting to get guaranteed repairs done. You have to pay in full on delivery and now we have no recourse. Messages are ignored and phone calls unanswered or not returned. Originally we were promised a 5 month delivery. 9 months later the home was delivered in the dead of winter.We had to hire some one else to place half the home in the snow because Valley wasn't capable. My contractor called me and said the owner was giving me 15 minutes to figure out what to do. I called the owner to try to make arrangements and tell her 15 minutes wasn't enough. Her response was" you've wasted 5 minutes arguing with me". Their delays and overruns while labor and supplies were going up exponentially cost my mother her life savings and then

Great people! One of their employees saw us stranded on the side of the road out of gas, and went out of his way to get us to the gas station and return us to our vehicle. He refused to accept payment for his time in trouble. I think these people will keep your best interest at heart.
