Working with Jamie and Carter was a wonderful experience! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I had been looking for a car for over a year and had visited several dealers. After multiple bad experiences including being lied to two different ones, I had all but given up on purchasing. But Valley River Chevrolet is different! They were so easy to communicate with via text and email. And when I arrived to the dealership, I was greeted with friendly faces, gratitude and respect. Both gentlemen made the buying experience so easy! If you are looking for a great deal, an amazing sales team and an easy purchasing experience, give them a try!

We took our truck in to get serviced and they dropped it off a lift and totaled it. Owner submitted to his insurance and we never heard from him again. Stay away at all cost. Horrible experience and customer service.

I came in for service so easy to setup and make my appointment. During my service appointment I was greeted by the friendly salesman Meghan! She showed me there large inventory. I wasn’t even in the market for a new truck but she showed me a beautiful 2026 Silverado that I drove home! Super easy process amazing customer service Meghan was knowledgeable and finance was fast and easy! Thank you again for an easy service and sales experience! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been bringing my Corvette into service for about a year now. Joey and Ryan are two of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with.
