I went in and was a bit hesitant from my past experiences with this location (23rd and Nolana). I was greeted by Amanda, I told her what my issue was with my truck and she said “ don’t worry, I’ll get one of the guys to check it right away”. Lalo came in and said Amanda had already explained and that he would check my truck as soon as he finished the job he was on. Lalo was able to find the issue with my system and did it in no time. It was like night and day from my previous experiences, I 100% recommend Valley Sounds and Security.

My son went to get his towers checked out and tune his amp and one of the technicians poped all 4 of his towers. Spoke to the owner and he mentioned that he would replace them. This happend almost 3 months ago and no phone call. This place sucks and there customer service sucks as well. Friends and family, please read the reviews on Google before you go to Valley sounds. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone like it happened to us.

I question if the people here even know what they’re doing. I came a while back, and I asked if they’re able to install remote start for my challenger. They said yes. They took forever to do the job. After a while of having it, the remote stopped working and glitched the screen of my car. Later on, it made my car stop working completely, and set off an annoying alarm when I jump started the car. Had it removed. Installed a sound system as well. For the price, wasn’t worth it. They exploded, and i tried replacing them. The owner of the shop said he’d call back and have it taken care of. Never called. Never again.

Excellent customer service. I shopped around and every one just threw numbers out. The team on Nolana took the time to hear what I wanted and with a clear explanation I decided to get the bundle package. With the busy schedule I have they made it all so easy for me to get exactly what I wanted. For sure this is my go to place for all my stereo system needs and wants. Thank you again Valley Sounds.

Got the system done a 7 months ago in the the second month that i had it my speaker popped all wiring was loose my fuse went out because it was loose went back to place got it fixed 4th month of having it fuse went out again wasn’t put on correctly came off easily and was to big it melted was not going to stop anything could of burned down my truck went to go tell them about it and told me that they needed to put it inside the truck when they could of done it in the first place 0-10 there wiring sucks a guy thats all tatted up sucks he doesn’t know anything about systems found out the hard way don’t recommend.
