This is Billings Montana’s top car repair place. Owners are excellent as is front desk staff. Pricing is excellent and they will work with you.

I would not recommend Vallie to anyone. Took my pickup in and they had it for over three weeks (which that alone would not be an issue if the repairs were all completed properly). They charged me $3800, and 2 of the 3 things I took it in for were not fixed. Ended up taking it back in, and they tried to charge me another $900 for the same repairs. And on top of all of that, when I picked it back up the top half of my steering wheel was somehow bent forward at a weird angle too.

Sean was a massive help. Was passing through with a critical transmission issue. They got me in, diagnosed fast and back on the road. Extremely friendly and professional.

I wish I could give a 3.5 stars as a 3 seems low but a 4 seems high. I recently took my truck in for service, and while the customer service was awesome, the overall experience was a bit mixed. Sean, at the front desk, was very respectful and polite, and he made sure everything was handled professionally and punctually. I brought the truck in for several issues: warped rotors, oil change, radio stations moving on their own, AC not working properly, the motorized truck bed window not functioning, and a few squeaks while driving.
