Valor Towing & Transport

Valor Towing was one of the few places that can service a call when you have multiple passengers and pets in a broken down vehicle late on a Friday afternoon before Christmas! We broke down about 50 miles from home and Valor came to save the day for us. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you all very much for hauling us out of trouble!

Bryan(Brian?) was absolutely the saving grace that we needed. NYE night he came to our rescue on the side of a busy highway, eager to help. Breaking down that night was literally the cherry on top of my very bad week. So having someone like him to come out so quickly, with such a no big deal, we got you attitude was definitely what we needed. We’re not from the area but if we ever end up out there again & need the help we know who to call. Thank you so much Valor towing for hiring great people like Bryan!

From the moment my insurance company dispatched Valor Towing, I knew things were going to be okay. The driver, Ken, was timely, communicative, and professional. Broke down today & was in a really bad situation. Spoke with Justin & he calmed me down, told him I didn't have much money & we worked it out. A short time later Ken came to get me & what a cool guy. Took good care of myself & the car & went beyond the extra mile. I hope I don't need this type of service again anytime soon, but if I do the number is saved! Thanks again guys!!!

Ken went above and beyond for us when our battery died in the middle of nowhere. He towed it to Advanced Auto in Southport and they refused to test my battery in the rain, but Ken stayed and ended up taking the car to Walmart where they were able to help us right away. Thank you Ken and Valor!
