Valvoline Express Care

At FIRST I was very happy and pleased. I got an oil change and it was fast. Too fast I guess that they couldn’t double check their work. On my way home I was driving on the highway and heard a loud flapping scrap underneath my car. I pulled over immediately and saw that the panel underneath my car to access the oil was off and I lost a couple of screws. The wind didn’t help the situation. When you take your car back from the shop you wanna feel safe. I did not. I am very disappointed and this is unacceptable. I expect a full refund.

Called and asked for the wait because I was on a long road trip with my dogs. Was told 20-25 minutes. Asked if I could wait with my dogs and was told to walk the block. After an hour and watching other cars that showed up after mine go ahead of me my truck was finally done. Poor customer service and no explanation for the delay.

I went to get a coolant leak fixed, and fortunately for me, they caught that my serpentine belt was about ready to snap, the cause being a bad tensioner. Anywho, they took good care of me, and I'll definitely be back.

These guys are awesome! 👌 When I don't have time to DIY, these are the guys I trust for quick and professional service. I've had them do oil changes, brake pads, and other maintenance on several vehicles. They are always timely, communicative, and friendly and every service I've had has been great.
