Valvoline Express Care

My daughter had her car detailed there and set me up an appointment when she dropped hers off. She got her car back and it horrible. Still had dog hair in the seats and in the floors and was not very clean all around. She called up there and they had her bring it back when she dropped my car off. We got her car back and it was better this time. I got my car back and it was worse than her car. Did not even vacuum my hatch wipe my door frames or anything. The whole car was still dirty and streaky where they smeared the wax. The windows were also streaky and still dirty. I called myself and talked to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that he seen the car and it was clean. He did not offer to fix it or anything so I told him I would not be back he said okay and hung up on me... We paid $

Was a good place to get my car done. Went up there to get my oil done didn’t have filter so they called to get one brought in for next day. Next day I come in still doesn’t have it says he will call when he gets it. Now I called again asking hey you got it in? And he says “ Oh they can’t get those filters.” I called autozone and picked one up for 9 dollars. Won’t be coming here anymore was a monthly customer of 2 vehicles. All that just find a way out of doing my oil change it seems!

Very fast, friendly service. Easy in, easy out. Have taken my truck to Valvoline Express since moving to Benton in 2019. Highly recommend them UPDATE: 03/02/2024 Still highly recommend them for your oil changes. I have never had any issues. Always fast friendly service

I have a fleet vehicle these guys service on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the fleet service vendor can be somewhat difficult to get authorization for services. These guys go above and beyond and take their valuable time to get it all resolved. Great service and great crew!

I started coming here because my little brother works here, and this place is great! Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable, and they are quick. I highly recommend if your looking to get a quick oil change. They have other great services to look into also. So far I mainly just get my oil changed, sometimes my car vacuumed, and had to get a nail out of my tire then they patched it up. Everytime it's fast and stress free.
