Went yesterday and my hybrid’s battery died. They jumped the car, told me to go to Autozone as that’s where it was night. They had patience and expertise and did not make feel bad about sitting in the bay while we figured it out. Always good service but yesterday was exceptional. Thanks guys!

These guys are always the BEST! Very quick oil change time, super friendly and considerate, and I never second guess if my oil change is done right or not. The guy with the trad tattoo is always especially great.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this place, had my oil changed on a spare vehicle 2 years ago that I have maintained myself since purchase. Was out at Walmart and needed an oil change, figured what could it hurt not getting greasy for once? WRONG! From the moment I arrived the "manager" was already in an argument with the lube tech working on my vehicle. You could cut the tension with a knife, they proceeded to bicker at one another about how "this or that wasn't there job" while I'm in my car getting an oil change listening to it all. Fast forward roughly 2 years and my vehicle has had all of roughly 500 miles put on it since oil change. My wife and I decided we would give it to her brother as a graduation gift as it is a spare that rarely gets driven so I proceed to give it a fresh

The so called manager met me at my car with an attitude, and huffed when I told him I needed an oil change. I asked if I was inconveniencing him and then he gave me more attitude. I asked for the owners number and he refused to give it to me. All he said was his name was Mike. So Mike, your manager needs to leave before you lose more business!!!!
