Absolute worse customer service I’ve ever experienced, owner was very rude. All because I questioned why my oil change was so expensive compared to other vehicles I brought before. I get it’s different types of oil, but the car was a 4 cylinder 🫤 oil ain’t that damn high. Will not be going back go at your own risk! ⚠️

My 1st visit! The Service was done much quicker than expected. I liked that! The Staff was friendly and about their business. I was told, after my visit, by a previous customer that Valvoline does not top off the fluids and they stopped getting serviced here because of that. I don't know if they refilled my fluids. As I write this review, I have not checked. I just assumed topping car fluids was part of the oil change service. I hope that they did. This Courtesy is greatly appreciated and it does make a difference to me and apparently to other Customers.

It's nice to have a reliable and hard working place in town that looks out for the customer and treats people kindly and fairly. They really go the extra mile for the customer. They work long hours and don't leave until the job is done. I recommend them even for those more vulnerable or timid members of the family. Safe, clean, welcoming place to sit while the work is done. Kind and skilled employees make me feel like a regular even though I've only been in a few times. Highly recommend.

They upcharge for using a debit or credit card which is not legal and also goes against the agreement they make to accept certain payments visa/Mastercard. I have bought tires here before along with alignment & oil change. Brakes & rotors. Recently went to get a new front tire. I was told I needed a front left ball joint that It would cost me $300 in labor & $98 for the part. . So I saved and borrowed enough and went back today , I casually asked how much they charged per hour for labor. I was told $95 per hour. I waited and sat outside the bay and watched while my van was worked on. It took the guy approximately 40 minutes not counting his walking around & smoking time, he was basically working in slow motion. When I went to pay.
