I had my oil change done today at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Allentown, and the service was absolutely top-notch. A big thank you to Dominic M, Ezequiel, and Michael for their excellent work. The entire team was professional, efficient, and very respectful. From the moment I arrived, they explained everything clearly and worked together like a well-organized team. I especially want to recognize Dominic M. He is an exceptional employee. The way he assisted me was extremely professional, patient, and customer-focused. He made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to answer my questions. My Honda Civic Si Coupe just got fully serviced. The maintenance included complete fuel system treatment, Air and Cabin filters replaced, Full Synthetic oil change, and radiator flush. Everything was done in a timely manner. Cool staff very knowledgeable and I’m very pleased with the results. My car drives like new. Thanks for all your hard work. Great job 👍

I've been a customer for years and even after I moved states I made sure to find another Valvoline. I love the convenience of not having to make an appointment and not having to leave my car. The service is quick, the technicians are polite and knowledgeable, and when there is an issue or something that needs to be replaced it's always offered in a low pressure way.
