Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to Valvoline for the first time. I have a regular mechanic that changes my oil, but I always have schedule conflicts. I got right in a Valvoline and it only took about 12 minutes! I timed them. Sabrina was great and very professional! Tyler, the assistant manager was great, also!! They work really well together!! I will be back in 5,000 miles. Thanks, again! Sincerely, my 2011 Cadillac SRX!!

Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable. Absolutely no pressure to up-sale additional items but they do fill fluids at no cost. Then they do check tires, battery life, filters, etc and let you know the status of them all without the pressure of trying to sell you a new one. That is rare these days and very appreciated. Jacob the manager was excellent and entire staff (Savanah, Tyler, and Bri) all did a fantastic job assisting on the work that was done to my vehicle. Pleasant and efficient visit. 5 stars all day! Tyler, Ricky and Jacob were very pleasant and easy to work with. They did our company in a timely fashion and guided me through. I Recommend this place and those people. Even price wise compared to what u get a shop is a whole lot better

I’ve only been here twice so far, but both visits have been absolutely amazing! From the moment I pulled in, the service was friendly, and stress-free. Sabrina, Tyler, and Jacob were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. They were efficient without rushing, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience super easy. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff truly cares and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the service you’re getting. I’ll definitely continue coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change or tire service!

Today was my second visit to the Applewood Anderson Indiana service center. It has been speedy service, items explained, even told about a cabin air filter I didn't know was there (very dirty). I first went because the synthetic oil needed is cheaper, never leave the car, and additional services explained but no pressure to purchase. All staff were courteous. I would recommend.
