Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Stopped in for oil change and tire rotation. Was concerned with upper tech who seemed to be new during his attempt to remove air filter. Sounded as if he was stopping the head of the screws. Was focused on something else and when I left, that same technician told me to have a good day and I left. It was only when Josh called to let me know I never had the tire rotation done which was already paid for. He told me to come back in when it was convenient for me to get it done.

Always a pleasure. Very informative & attentive when it comes to my vehicle. Even offer recommendations for your vehicle & the cost amount. I like how they check your lights to make sure they all work. The folks here are always polite & friendly. The cherry on top for me is I get to stay in my car while the work is being done.

The Valvoline crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—they changed my oil and filters swiftly, ran a thorough inspection, and pointed out a few key maintenance tasks to keep my ride humming. I have always had positive experiences here getting my oil changed. They are quick and have no lines typically. Also the guys here are kind, helpful, and don’t try to upsell. I am a young woman and always feel respected and safe there (highest compliment for a male centered workplace).

I continue to visit this location anytime I need an oil change, even with my newest car. The staff are super friendly and the location is typically not very crowded, if at all. They never pressure you to get a bunch of services you didn't come in for, they just offer.
