Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been a customer for many years and after this past weekend I will never go back. I needed air in my tires and I have always been given great customer service and I always tip the person who put air in my tires. This past February 7, 2026 the people working were extremely rude and would not put air in my tires which takes five minutes Instead they wanted to wait in line behind cars getting an oil change for over 30 minutes. I brought my last three cars there for a synthetic oil change for years and now I will never go back. They hired new rude people and I would not trust them working on your car.

The supervisor at the Apopka location .. first the website has this location listed as it Opens at 730am they didnt open till 8am got there at 805am I had to go to work the website States 15mins oil change I didnt leave the building till 915am I even asked how much longer then the supervisor gets an attitude and started moving around the shop and slamming the door open and yanking stuff off the bottom of my car all because I asked how much longer ?! I had to be to work at 9am.. I was late that day ... I dont recommended going early and I dont recommend being in a hurry they also need to remove the 15mins oil change off all signs ! The men at the shop kept telling me that its just them and they had no help!! I give them a 3stars praying nothing falls off my car....

Service staff were very polite and informative about costs of service. The oil change service did not take long and I was able to stay in my car. This was my first time using Valvoline and I like your program due to cost, efficiency and convenience.

This was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! Staff was friendly, informative, and gave choices with no ulterior motive. The work camaraderie was fun while focused. I will be coming back!

The price for one changed at a higher rate after I already spoke to an agent over the phone which quoted me a price which was a bit lower and then was charged more when I arrived. Also received incorrect info from a tech for some services they were trying to upsell. Also the other tech overfilled my oil reservoir. I asked and he told me he just added the rest of the oil and it wouldn't hurt my engine which is incorrect.
