Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I’ve been getting my oil changed here since I moved to Mansfield four years ago. Mr. Keith has always been a nice guy has a friendly staff running a good operation. It’s always a pleasure getting my oil changed here.

Oil change service was great. Started by getting a text to a link with a coupon for $25 off the oil change, but when scanned at the service bay was told the coupon was coming up to only discount $20. The technician made it right but was frustrating as I received the text while waiting at the location to be serviced and the print clearly stated $25 off of synthetic oil change. Secondly, I also wanted my tires rotated. The guy who checked me in said there might be an issue with it due to the weight of my truck. I drive a Toyota Tacoma that weighs under 5k, so that didn’t make sense. Once I was in the bay I was informed the issue was the height of my truck and that the lifts at this location wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle up high enough to do the work. My experience at this Valvoline location is normally decent. However, this time was strikingly different and I am disappointed. I waited nearly two hours for what should have been a simple oil change and inspection. After about an hour and a half, they finished the oil change but told me they had forgotten to do the inspection. That mistake added about another 30–45 minutes of waiting. The lack of attention and the amount of time wasted made the visit frustrating and upsetting. I expected better organization and care from a place that specializes in quick service.

The oil change service was smooth, quick and easy. Technicians are friendly and focused on doing their jobs. I have been coming to the same service location in Mansfield, TX for 3 years. Service has only gotten better. I highly recommend this location. I have all my vehicles serviced at this location.

The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cost of service is also affordable. The overall customer service experience was top-notch, and I am highly satisfied. They will be servicing my car from now on, and I highly recommend Valvoline.
