Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I come to the Athens location quite often I bring our work vans also our personal vehicle so I know the guys pretty well . Robert always goes above and beyond with customer service he is the asst manager and has been here for a while now . He does a great job and I appreciate the customer service !

Fantastic staff and service! This was my first visit. I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff took the time to talk with me and answer questions yet they moved quickly out of respect for my time and the time of other customers. I will certainly return!

They were very professional, and Gage explained everything to me that they were checking on my car, and everything they were doing! They got me in and out within 30 minutes! Whereas other places take hours! I will definitely be going here for my oil changes from now on!

These guys did an outstanding job servicing my 2004 Lexus GX470. In addition to the oil change, I asked if they would check the cabin filter and discovered there was stuff growing out of the cabin filter. They changed the rear windshield wiper bland and the air filter also. They tighter a bolt that was loose on the skid plate underneath the car, informed me that there was a small leak around the transmission and the rear main oil seal. It wasn’t bad but to keep an eye on it. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be ther and enjoyed working there. They seem like a well oiled machine, pun intended. The gentleman that greeted us gave me a little Jesus and I absolutely loved that! Everyone needs a little Jesus. I carry little Jesus with me in my car now. I will definitely be back to this l
