Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was immediately greeted at drive in. The team worked fast,explained all prices and costs. They changed my oil, showed me the dirty air filter and showed a new look one Then they ask if I wanted to replace or keep the old one. I only saw one male on duty with the three females on duty. They showed unity and professionalism in doing their job. They were very polite and respectful. The manager offered additional cost discounts after I stated budget limit. I have completed several oil changes at this location. And, I plan to continue future changes. Best of all, it is in a convenient location for me as I am in this area regularly for medical reasons.

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change, all thanks to Casey! He was fantastic at explaining everything about my car, especially since it’s an older, high-mileage vehicle. He clearly walked me through what to keep an eye on moving forward and made great recommendations without ever being pushy or aggressive. Casey helped me choose the best oil for my car and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He’s truly doing things right at Valvoline customer service like his makes all the difference!

Amber was professional and thorough, locked me through what my car needed, knew her way around my vehicle, and save me money where she could! Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend. I watched from my car, the kid at the computer checked everything okay. I asked him if they just check everything OK or do they actually check. He said they will check everything. These pics are just proof that they did not. Also, my hood was smoking in my Cadillac because they spilled oil. I don’t trust the place will not go back.my tires are not 35 on front an back and I don’t even have a back wiper blade..the padding is completely gone lol what a joke
