Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Copied the text: They had a line and moved quickly through it. I have been several times and the fact Valvoline publishes I do preventative maintenance and keeps a record makes my car value higher than others if I choose to sell. The fact that when you check my mileage you have factory recommendations that add value to my car. And the fact I can sit in my car and not get out and having to wait in a weird room with strangers is great. You guys have a great business don’t change a thing.

Very Thorough polite. A little busy only. Took about 20 minutes. And no it’s not bad at all. Had a coupon. I save some money on synthetic.

Oil change was fine but they got oil all over the top of my motor. Had to go buy brake clean to clean is off. My entire truck now smells like burnt oil.

Pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional the crew was. They greet you right away and let you know how long the wait will be. The technician that worked on my auto was so polite and worked quickly to get the work done. Never had visited this place but will definitely return and recommend.

Exander, the manager was amazing! Did y’all send him to the Ritz Carlson for customer service training? He and Hershel did a great job of explaining what was going on. I highly recommend!
