Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I highly recommend going to Valvoline. All of the staff were extremely nice and very professional. Quick & Easy to get into and very affordable.

Fast and efficient. I loved how they recognized that I was a veteran from my license plate. I loved how they not only communicated with me, but how they communicated with each other. They talked me through every step, and even showed proof that they weren’t short-changing me on the oil quarts, in comparison to Jiffy Lube in Bozeman or Lube Alley in Belgrade. If this is the type of experience that I will continue to get from Valvoline, then there’s really no other competition at this point. I will only take my car here moving forward. Jiffy Lube says they will get you out in 15 minutes, but Valvoline truly walks the walk.

It was really quick, and they were really straight forward about it. Being somebody who literally knows nothing about cars, they made it seem like they knew everything about my car, just by looking at it.

Extremely rude interaction with the MANAGER Madi. She didn’t have the filter for my vehicle, then asked me for my address to continue setting up my account anyway. I told Madi she didn’t need it because she I wasn’t getting any service and was in a hurry to get a simple oil change somewhere else, and she replied “I hope you have the day you deserve” as I pulled away. Not faulting them for not having an oil filter in stock, just for treating a customer like a jerk.
