Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Jorge was very professional and knowledgeable. Love the quick experiences here. The price can be a bit much for a fully synthetic oil change though.

I have been at Customer at this location for several months now with no issues and it seems that today’s issue was there were too many employees that were not ready to do the work. They did not inspect my air filter. They did not inspect my cabin filter and then they went to charge me. One guy came out and tried to take a screw out of something. The screw wouldn’t come out so he put the tool away and went back to the engagement conversation that he was having with the other employees I have never experienced any service like this and to have to drive to Vestal now because the Valvoline in my neighborhood is having employees that no longer want to do their job seems like a waste and I just needed to say that

This was far and away the best oil-change car maintenance experience I can recall in recent memory. The level of professionalism was beyond expectations. Also, more importantly, all employees I interacted with were respectful and courteous, something consumers rarely see any more. All employees appeared to be very knowledgeable about aspects of car maintenance. I have told others about this positive experience sincy my visit to Valvoline Oil Change. Thank you.

They are absolutely wonderful! Very quick service and was very patient with me while I asked him a TON of questions! They checked all the lights, air filter, oil, and battery. They noticed the air filter was incredibly dirty and heavily suggested we change it but didn't pressure me into doing anything! I will definitely return anytime I need to get an oil change!!

I had to wait about 10 minutes to get in but then service was expeditious. Jorge and Nathan provided excellent service. Would def recommend.
