Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have not gone anywhere else before, so I was a little nervous, but the service was great and interactive. they showed me what my car was recommending being replaced/inspected including a diagram and explanation what that is exactly and pictures showing the benefits of completing the service, however I didn't feel pressured to purchase that service with them at that time. overall, I am impressed and feel I understood what I was getting and paying for compared to the dealership. the staff was friendly and informative, answered all my questions. I will probably return as it was quick and the coupon was great, with oil change costs rising.

Jakob covered all the bases for my oil change and even showed me the last time I had fluids changed in the driveline and because of that I decided to change them all. His professional attitude and demeanor during our interaction was the main reason I chose to add on those services. He and his coworkers discovered I had a PCV vac line disconnected got it back on for me. I will be coming back to this location for my next oil change.

Melvin, Steven, and Mason were knowledgeable, professional, personable, and just plain pleasant guys. These are the kind of employees that bring me back to your store for all my oil changes. I don't mind spending more than I would spend if I did things myself because I have confidence it will be done correctly and they'll tell me other services I should consider without pressuring me.

I started using Valvoline Oil Change for the past year when I moved to Bismarck, ND. The service was excellent, and the work was done at a fair price.
