Customer Service Manager was professional and knowledgeable. Jovan explained all services offered by Valvoline clearly and precisely. All without undo pressure. I felt comfortable deciding which additional services I wanted for my vehicle. Also there was a trainee servicing my vehicle and he assured me that she was capable of doing her job accurately. My experience was great, always is with Valvoline. The whole staff was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Even the new guy. The manager exhibited excellent leadership and the staff seemed to have respect for him. He gave excellent direction to the staff and seemed to have a great rapport with them. I usually go to the Millersville location, but will more than likely be going back to the Bowie location. Keep up the good work. Also, I got there at 7:10am, was ushered in at 7:30 on the dot and was on my way to work by 7:50am.

I have a 2023 Dodge Challenger that needed an oil change, and I wasn’t exactly sure where to go. After doing a little research, I decided to give this Valvoline in Bowie a try. Calling it “nice” doesn’t even come close! I had an amazing experience. The two gentlemen who assisted me did a wonderful job Bryant and Dwyane (please forgive me if I butchered the spelling or the names entirely; my memory likes to take surprise vacations 😄). From the moment I drove into the garage, I was met with incredible service. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant. I had an outstanding experience at the Valovone store in Bowie, MD on December 6, 2025. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel valued and taken care of, and their professionalism truly stood out. A special shoutout to service mechanic technician Bryant — his expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made all the difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the work was done right, and delivered service that exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to both their craft and the people they serve. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the staff, who were equally courteous, attentive, and committed to making the process smooth from start to finish.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the requested oil was unavailable, and a mid-grade oil was offered as an alternative. Furthermore, windshield fluid was not replenished. Before departing, I addressed the matter with several individuals who, despite not working on the vehicle, were collecting payment. I presented the low fluid warning indicator, which was dismissed with a claim of fluid replenishment. During this service, the air filter was not inspected, and tire pressures were entered into the system without physical verification. A representative, upon collecting payment, inspected the fluid reservoir and asserted it was full.
