Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Please don't take your car here at all cost. Those kids don't even know what they are doing. They took the engine air filter out and broke those connecting tabs. The airbox was loose and rattling. And they even put the engine air filter in wrong side. I was driving the next day and my car suddenly stopped and would not run. Check engine light on. It showed the problem comes from the MAF sensor because they put the wrong side of the engine air filter so the engine sucked all the dust and leaves into the engine then clogged up the MAF sensor. Now i end up replacing the air filter and the sensor.

The man that I interacted with was extremely professional and very polite. He knew exactly what he was doing, and had recently transferred from another location. Everything was handled quickly and pleasantly.

I went in to get a battery checked because it died in my other vehicle and wouldn’t jump off. They tested the battery and it was for sure bad. The battery was still under warranty, but they didn’t have the battery in stock to replace it for me. They got my number and the next morning called me and they drove across town to get the battery for me once it arrived at another facility. They called me and asked me if I would like to come get it or if I needed them to deliver it to my house. This is customer service at its finest. I have been a customer at this location for 3 years now and will continue because of this exceptional customer service.

Great service. Quick, easy and painless! I was in and out with an oil changed age and transmission fluid flush in about 20 minutes. Very positive experience!

I can't suggest strongly enough the depths you should go to avoid this place. I can't give zero stars or I would. Generally speaking, I run my own oil changes and maintenance but figured on this one I'd take a break. Bad decision. Given my OCD care for my car, I decided after 20 miles to check oil levels because, well, I trust no one. Glad I did. It showed high. I figured it was a half quart high, which given the fact they use pumps instead of using drain plugs to remove oil seemed reasonable. When I took it back, I asked them to take .5 quart out. They looked at me like I was crazy. Showed me the dipstick 'It's a little high, nothing to worry about'. Yeah, okay. Do it anyway. They pumped 1/2 qt out. Still high. Pumped total of 2qts out. Finally normal. At this stage, I trusted nothing
