Valvoline Instant Oil Change

You should already know this but as a new car owner. Do not bring any German Engineered or European model based cars to valvoline. I just spent $152 to change the oil as soon as I left engine light comes on. Brought the car to the dealership today and and $200 just for diagnosing the car and I don’t know how much I will pay for parts and labor to fix an issue I Didn’t even have before changing my oil. I hate even doing this but if I can save someone a few bucks it’s worth it. Great staff just poor job of doing the job.

They were very friendly at the location. They advised me how long I would be waiting for my turn and grabbed information to make my visit faster. The let me know what other services I need but were not pushy. They also advised me of things that are still in good order such as my battery and filter. The location on Oak Street is the only one I go to now. Great service all around.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I stopped in and got an overdue oil change, my fault for waiting to get it done. All the technicians were great and I want to thank everyone for doing an amazing job. I'm so pleased and grateful to everyone for taking such great care getting an oil change!

On 12/26/2023 i got serviced, requested the transmission fluid change on my 2015 Honda Accord, then next day i took my car to high way my car broke down in the middle of highway, transmission went down right after i got transmission service day before. My car was driving fine had no issues prior to the service, I contacted Valvoline and they refused to take responsibility on my car, i had to pay $300 just to tow my car and another $200 to bring it home ! They accused me of lying and the Store manager “ Josh “ refused to help or give my refund!
