Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was given my receipt before they were done with my oil change and it listed that my tire pressure was checked and filled. It wasn’t. I had to ask them to do that. I then asked if they would check my lights to make sure they are working properly because they do that every time I go to valvoline. They asked me if I thought a light was out…. LOL you tell me buddy! Another thing they didn’t check was my cabin air filter. I shouldn’t have to tell your employees how to do their job. I’ve never left an oil change scared that they screwed something up. If you miss checking lights, tire pressure and filters, what else did you miss? I should get half off for a half a - - job! I stopped in for an oil change. As soon as left my light came on. Every day since it came on. Now it's smells like im overdue for a oil change. So, here I am again spending more time in this line. I purchased a mid grade oil and shouldn't have any issues. I normally go to Bobby & Steve's. I highly recommend people to go there and not valvoline. As, I've never experienced this.

Overall, my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change was decent. I didn't have to get out of the car, which saved time. The technicians were professional and walked me through recommended services. I appreciated that nothing felt rushed or careless.

First time I had an old change her. I did not have an appointment and got in about 7-8 minutes. I was able to use a coupon and was happy with the price.
