Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I've been going to Valvoline for years and this location is one of the best! They always make me feel welcome, are open and honest about everything, and take care every time. This most recent time I attempted to change the battery myself and they were able to fix an error I made and didn't charge me for it. Thank you Jon and the Valvoline team!

Well oiled team of technicians, friendly, considerate men. They double checked each other. Efficient. We're not pushy trying to upsell other services/products. My first time using them for a service. He sked if I needed wiper blades. No, I just bought the them a week ago. I said ones for this are hard to find. He did look up if they carried ones that work. Yes, they have them. Great! Now I have a second place to get wipers! Look for coupons. I found one on their website.

Found a duplicate charge on my credit card statement of over $62 two months after my last oil change that customer service says was a “terminal issue.” They also said it would take 2-4 weeks for a refund. I’m not sure how a computer glitch would run my card on its own 2 months after a service, nor do I understand such a long delay on a refund.

Very quick and professional. Up front, no bs pricing before you enter the garage They do try to upsell what they can, even if its not needed, but I understand theyre there to make money. This will be my oil change spot going forward.

They are always super friendly and efficient!! They'll recommend service with the why but never a hard upset.
