Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My car needed a full service and these guys here took care of everything in 15 minutes (I had no prior appointment)! Tyrone was so kind as to remove and clean the residue of the 10-year old sticker on my window that I wasn’t able to remove myself! I would definitely come back!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough. The attendants were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive—they explained all the recommended services clearly and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated how they took the time to check my car completely and made sure I understood everything they were doing. Overall, excellent service from start to finish.

I came in for a simple oil change on my Hyundai Kona 2022, ~24k miles, and ended up feeling pressured into a coolant replacement I didn’t want or feel ready to approve. I repeatedly said I needed more time to research before agreeing to the service, but they kept pushing, explaining things in a way that felt overwhelming, proving everything was in ways only them will understand very undermining rather than honest. After declining several times, I was told my car wouldn’t make an upcoming road trip to NH this week, unless I did the service, which scared me into saying yes. I’ve been lucky enough to get Tyrone as my support at this location a few times, and he is a joy. Knowledgeable, happy to explain things to me, and cheerful as can be. I even heard him talk to a young women’s parent on the phone to explain why they were recommending certain services.
