Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Well first the let people get out of the car during the oil change. Second people come in for oil change not for a full light check of my vehicle. When I ask what kind of oil is recommended for my vehicle, telling me that oil type doesn’t matter and all oil is the same is untrue and not accurate. Some vehicles require synthetic oil and some don’t but not putting synthetic oil in a vehicle that requires it is damaging to the engine. Honestly the old business that was here was way better but this one is terrible now and almost everyone in casa grande knows it, people liked it cause it was personal and felt home town. Now it seems so impersonal and like they don’t care

I'm not saying anything bad about the guys working there, they're always super nice and helpful since before the owner sold the company. However the new name came with trashy new rules and regulations like paying more and doing less of an internal job that they would need to do. Definitely not the small town pop shop anymore. TRASH

These guys are awesome! They were quick, efficient, and intuitive - I watched them change all my liquids and complete my oil change in less than 15 minutes of my arrival! Marcus, Erick, Cesar, Joseph, and Preston are the best shift to go during!!

This place isn’t what it used to be. I get prices go up but why does the service have to suffer. Before the new owner i would be in and out with an oil change in less than 20 minutes. Today I been sitting in my truck for 30 minutes and just got told to back up and let this other car in ahead of me that just showed up? I wasn’t given a single reason I was just told I needed to back up to let the other car in first. It’s been nearly an hour just to get an oil change from a place that used to take less than 20 for one.. don’t think I’ll be coming back. Decided to come back and give it another try. Idk what happened to the other service advisors went because the female with all the piercings is horrible to deal with. She’s asking me to pay before I even gave her the mileage of my truck and she

Oil Depot Sold out to corporate America and the price of my oil change increased $35. They also put on their inspection sheet that they checked my tires and they had 35 pounds of air. However nobody checked the tires and they hold 55 pounds of air on these large truck tires. I won't be back because A they are over prices and B they lied on my inspection report.
