Great service, I stopped by Valvoline for an oil change and was in and out in no time. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. They checked all my fluids, topped off what was needed, and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. Just one thing they forgot to reset my maintenance light. Overall they were good .
Wonderful experience, 10/10 vibes!! I didn’t feel pressured about anything- staff was respectful and honest. Gave me some helpful heads up about issues I should address in the future. Mo was my main point of contact and was so kind and helpful! Dan assisted, and was also of great support. Will definitely be returning for my regular oil changes. Happy I tried somewhere new! 😁
Bad experience at Valvoline oil change today around 10am.i drive in expecting routine oil service. I left feeling overcharged and pressured. Staff charged extra for what staff called extra oil. Service covers only up to 4 letters. Any amount beyond triggers an added fee. No clear warning before work started. Sales pressure feels nonstop. They showed filters and other parts with scare talk. Message stays the same. Get that service now or your car stops working and we will not get blamed for it!!!! Staff and managers changed since earlier visits. New crew acts unprofessional. Tone feels unfriendly. Discussions feel rude and dismissive. I do deserve clear pricing and basic respect. This location fails on both. Avoid this place unless pressure sales and surprise charges sound acceptable.
I found out about this location a couple days back since I usually go to the Sterling location to get maintenance done. Wonderful service, less wait time, and they took good care of my car. Will consider this location the default for any maintenance going forward.
I've come here a few times now and I always have a great experience. The team is friendly and communicative. Someone will walk you through all your options while the rest of the team services your car. It's quick and efficient and not painful, even if you're not a big car person 😊
