Valvoline technicians are incredibly thorough, personable, and professional. They always treat me with utmost care and respect. If I require any additional services for my car, they kindly offer them without being pushy. I had an issue with a previous service, and it was promptly resolved. I highly recommend Valvoline for their exceptional service.

Glenn was professional, helpful, told me everything he was doing and seemed so happy to be working there, which speaks volumes to a customer. He even stopped someone from cutting in front of me when most people probably wouldn't have bothered with the potential confrontation on behalf of someone else. Great experience!

Re installed my skid plate wrong. Its obviously crooked as soon as I looked at it. How does a person say they’re done when it still looks like that? They also got dirty oily hand prints all over it and didn’t clean it up

This was my first visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. While the oil change was completed, I was told that my fluids were topped off and my tires were filled—neither of which actually happened. I know this because my tire pressure was low when I entered the bay, and after resetting the gauge afterward, the pressure was unchanged leading me to check my wiper fluid. That’s frustrating and concerning, as accuracy and honesty are important for vehicle service. I expected better follow-through on the services promised.
