Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Stopped by Valvoline for an oil change and had a great experience. The whole team was quick, professional, and super friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s always nice to find a place that makes routine car maintenance easy and stress-free. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for fast, reliable service!

This store is horrible! I drove an hour from my home to get and oil change. I pulled out ,broke down next parking lot over! Called them ,there technicians came over ,said they couldn't diagnose the issue and to deal with it on my own! Neal the store manager then called the next day said they reviewed the video and they had put my air filter in backwards,and to have it repaired and send them the bill! So fast forward to today ,and Neal is now telling me they didnt cause the issues and telling me that there's no way they did the damage to my engine air intake hose ,and also tried to tell me that it was taped ! My certified mechanic stated that the only tape on my car was factory and was on the air intake sensor plug in,and that there's no way to tape and engine airtake hose ,because it isn't

Ashley and Scott did an amazing job on my oil change in and out very respectful and knowledgeable. By far the best experience oil change I've had in a long time thank you for a wonderful experience I will be coming back here for my next oil change and my wife's oil change as well.

This place was packed, they were understaffed but they were absolutely killing it! Neil serviced my car, he did a great job. He was polite, kind and service was quick. Great staff today helping each other and working well to keep the ball rolling.

They are always so nice & helpful. I love going here & having a fast oil change that’s accurate & thorough. Going somewhere to wait 2 hours with children is just not feasible for me! Neil the manager was so nice & personable! This is my favorite place for my oil changes!!! Awesome job guys!
