Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Every time I come to this location it takes them like 40 minutes per car. It's completely insane like if you go to Pacific Beach they take 10 12 minutes per car. But this location is ridiculously slow even though they have 10 people working. They advertised quick oil change but honestly dropping my car off at Toyota takes about the same time. If you know your location is constantly slow and constantly having issues hire more people if I'm next in line it shouldn't take an hour and a half

Out of all days when I have things to do, they are usually really fast here. Thats one of the reasons Im writing this review - there where only two cars being serviced, it seems they are just putting in hours moving really slow taking there time. Sat outside for 25 min now it has been the same parked inside. A little frustrating not likely here so if management could see the cameras of today @10:20 you could see the chit chatter the usual people that are fast seem not to be here today my daughter has to go to school in 30 min now Im stuck SMH

I pulled up on a Sunday due to my car indicating low oil pressure. There was a bit of a wait, but the employees did a great job of maintaining communication with their customers to let us know about the wait. Once I was in the bay, everyone was quick and efficient, and had a great attitude - as always, great service!

Disappointing experience at this location. After waiting 20 minutes for a check-in, I was told they didn't even have the oil my car required. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to maneuver my car out of the bay. I spent half an hour here for zero results. I usually trust Valvoline, but this location lacks the inventory management and communication I expect. I probably won't be returning. 2 stars only because the staff was nice and the location was easily accessible.

The service from the mechanic was great, but just as the dealer, he tried to sell me a bunch of things that in the end was going to be the same price as the dealer, exactly the same amount, I think next time I will stick with the dealer and at least my app for the car will not say I did not have the car serviced.
