Collin did a great job. He is knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He checked condition of the tires, windshield wipers and cabin filter, etc. offering advice as to the condition of each but never pressured me for the sale. Thanks Collin. See you next oil change.

They don't provide the service you pay for. I specifically asked to make sure they check my tires because one seemed low. It didn't take long for them to ask for payment and I asked about the tire. He had no clue if it was done which it wasn't. I had to ask for the battery to be checked. I asked who was the manager which is really a leaf technician and all he could say was of sorry buddy. They didn't check the other tires at all. When I arrived there were no cars. 5-6 six techs come popping up. According to Valvoline their techs have over 270 hours of experience. Why didn't know to do the service I paid for? I can tell you why. They were too busy goofing off. I tried calling for a manager and can not get one. So be careful because I sure didn't get what I paid for and of course they can't

I had an amazing experience at Valvoline! Josh, Collin, and Jared were exceptional, they even educated me on a few things I didn’t know. I got a coolant flush and oil change, and the service was extremely fast. I left with a smile, and I will never go back to Walmart for service again. Their slogan is spot on: “Service you can see, experts you can trust.”

This is the only place I'll go to change my cars oil. Jared, Michael, and Matthew are the dream team they not only helped me with my oil, filled my coolant, and got my windshield wipers replaced, but they also helped me fix my break light! All while being mindful of my budget. Extremely grateful for these guys, not only are they polite and professional but they always go out of their way to make sure my vehicle is roadworthy, as long as they're here I'll never go anywhere else!
